Please give 24 hour notice to cancel appointments
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount
Your appointments are very important to Woof & Wag, it is reserved especially for your dog. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. In an effort to make the confirmation process easier, we will send you a text in advance reminding you of your upcoming appointment.
